How we research, score, and publish — and how we keep affiliate relationships from influencing verdicts.
Deal Watcher helps shoppers find genuine tech deals by tracking prices across retailers and publishing researched guides. We prioritize accuracy, transparency, and useful analysis over click volume.
Deals are ingested from retailer APIs, RSS feeds, and verified community sources. Each listing is filtered for tech relevance, scored 0–100 using discount depth and price history, and re-verified on a schedule. Listings that expire or fall below quality thresholds are removed.
Deal guides focus on a single category (GPUs, laptops, monitors, etc.) and explain which current deals are worth buying, waiting on, or skipping. Each featured product includes price context, sourced pros and cons, and a clear verdict grounded in our scoring methodology.
Guides are reviewed for factual accuracy before publication. We correct errors promptly when readers report outdated prices or specs.
We participate in affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, Best Buy, and others). Commission rates do not affect Deal Watcher Scores or Buy · Wait · Skip verdicts. See our affiliate disclosure.
